The Data
Our specifications database is compiled from manufacturer sources, official press releases, and verified industry data. All specifications are cross-referenced and reviewed before publication. We cover engine and performance data, fuel economy, dimensions, safety features, comfort and technology equipment, warranty information, and current US pricing.
Data is sourced from multiple channels and updated continuously as new models are launched and existing vehicles are updated or discontinued.
Who's Behind This
Car Specs USA is published by Maarten Kronberger and the same South Africa-based team that built Car Specs SA, with over 35 years of experience in the vehicles and machinery industry. In 2026 the team expanded its data operation to cover the US market as well, applying the same manufacturer-sourced verification standard used for South African vehicle data.
